With many religions and communities in India, there is always a festival happening at some part of country. Some of important ones are mentioned below. Clients can experience festivity in air and witness the way locals celebrate. Based on festival clients interested in, we carefully design an itinerary including sightseeing, explore local activities and we also arrange special theme.

Diwali
It is one most important festival of India also known as Festival of Lights. Festival date fall in Oct or Nov each year based on Hindu Calendar. Houses and local markets in entire city are decorated with lights, candles, lamps. The celebration of fireworks is been done on main date. People visit each other houses to share gifts. Atmosphere is vibrant even a week before the festival.

Holi
Known as festival of colours, Holi is celebrated in March every year depending up the lunar calander. People play Holi with colours and water. For Holi we make special arrangements for clients by taking them to a safe place where herbal (non-chemical) colours are being used followed by local drinks and food is been served to clients. There will be an interaction session with the host. It is played all over the country but more famous in North part of India.

Christmas
This festival has huge vibrancy in atmosphere. All churches are lit up, decorated markets catering to people buying cakes and gifts for each other. It will be a great idea to take your International holiday in India, experience culture and also celebrate Christmas here.

Hemis
It is most prominent festival celebrated in Ladakh usually falls between June - July which are best months to visit this region for overseas travellers. Festival lasts for two days in Hemis Monastery - decorated beautifully. Main festivities include local Cham Dance performed by lamas (monks) on traditional music and instruments in colourful dresses with vibrant outfits and big masks.

Pongal
Pongal is celebrated for four days in South India as gratitude and celebration for first harvest of year. People gets dressed in traditional attire and they make beautiful Rangolis at entrance of houses which is a design, using variety of colours, flowers and rice. We suggest to keep a itinerary around Pongal covering Tamil Nadu and Kerala as these places celebrate it in big way and Clients will be able to witness atmosphere of festivities filled with fun and joy.

Hola Mohalla
A three day celebration in March at Anandpur Saheb (Punjab) is arranged by Sikh community each year for their religious belief and to honour their Guru (leader). Extraordinary martial art skills, swordsmanship, various stunts including horse riding skills are shown by individual or group of people. You will be amazed to see how an individual can manage 2 - 3 horses alone or ride bareback. Religious Procession are held. At large scale free community vegetarian meals called LANGAR being served to all people from different regions and various stalls are set up to serve food to visitors. Poetry competitions are held and many of them posses great voice and command on local instruments.
