Yoga though is vast subject however its basics can be learnt in 10 - 14 days including pranayama - breathing exercises which is hour of need in these times.

We suggest to combine leisure tour with Yoga as coming to India, staying at one place doing yoga only could be monotonous for many. We can design a tour where-in regular and important sightseeing will be conducted daily and tour will move in flow from city to city. Clients can enjoy local food, experience local life and at the same time intermediate yoga session will be arranged. Even yoga teacher can travel along with group members and take daily session of 60 to 90 minutes or divide it between morning and evening.
